Well, I made that white crochet border, and yet i am not fully happy with it...
So, I might use some ribbons ...
I love this border... finally...
Look at these two projects i listed above, two aprons and not enough fabric, so I decided to crochet a border. The thing is, I really sat and thought about it and I decided that pink would look absolutely lovely. I sat yesterday and i finished it, but alas another idea came why don't I use some green, so like a trooper I opened all my crochet work and I started all over again, and I am very happy with the result.
I need to rework the white border. I am not completely happy with it, so I am just going to open it up again and add some red. It will look better because, I am making the apron out of a summer fabric. I wish I could just sit and whip up an idea in one single go instead of having them trickling down one idea at a time.
Well, I hope I am not the only one who faces with such challanges, because if I am, I just have to learn to live with it!
Lots of love,
Dear Samy,
ReplyDeleteYou are not the only one who rejects a project, often the original plan. That is the curse of creativity that you always have new ideas. It is also very exciting to see how things develop and your work is very nice.
Kind greetings
Ursula

No Sammy you are not the only one...I take so long in choosing, and then sometimes do it all over again!!!
ReplyDeleteOlá Summy,
ReplyDeletegostei de todos os acabamentos. Mas, como gosto muito de misturar materiais, acho que o tecido com o croche é o meu preferido também.
